In order to receive support on this site please see this topic:
    https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...download-files
We can only provide support to licensed customers.

However, there won’t be much we can do. You are better off speaking to your host.

Isn' there any way you can get our posts and threads back? We lost around 6 million posts (Some posts dissapeared from random threads, some who threads dissapeared.

Our forum hosts are looking into it.

Could you join the forum and offer them advice. Pokecommunity pays you guys a lot money.
      Please help us

It depends what has happened. We have no way of knowing. We don't keep backups of your posts, this would fall onto the hosts, so it depends if they are still in the database or not.

However, in order to provide support we need you to associate your forum account wiith your license, as per the instruction below. We strictly cannot provide support unless this is done:

To do this, please go here:

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You will also have to select the specific forums that you wish to have access at. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.

Note that we are unable to join customer forums...support takes place either in our support forum, or via the ticket system. However, we may be able to take a look at your set up if you provide us with forum and server credentials via a support ticket.

And just for clarification, we don't have any plans that require regular payments of "a lot of money." If contacted by the license holder we would provide what support we can as we would with any customer with their license and support eligibility.
