    Vbulletin & Wordpress

Since I cant post anywhere else, I would like to ask a question about vBulletin.
We got a new site about coupons and offers from eshops around the world and we want to add a forum.
The platform is WordPress. Is it possible/easy to setup vBulletin with WP? If anyone runs a WordPress Site with vBulletin I would be grateful for some insights.

    Thanks in advance.

You would install vBulletin into its own directory and overwrite the Wordpress rewrites with the .htaccess that we provide.

I run a few vBulletin sites with WordPress. I find the easiest solution to be to install vBulletin into a folder inside the public_html directory named "forums" and to leave WordPress as the index.html "landing page." I've never had an issue running the two simultaneously.

I have it the other way around. vBulletin in the web root and Wordpress in a subdirectory. I've also never had an issue running the two simultaneously.

It is best to run the forum on a subdomain
So there is no conflict in the .htaccess file

I agree. We cannot support vBulletin running in a sub-folder below (and subject to) the Wordpress .htaccess file.
