please, i have this problem whenever a guest user try to register my site after "logging in it says that "You do not have a valid password configured for your account. Please reset your password via the reset password link." please I need a help for that thank you...

In your post please provide the exact version of VB you are using (like VB 5.3.2 for example) and version of PHP you are using (like 5.4.12) and any recent changes that may have happened before the issue began.

Please also provide step by step directions to recreate the problem.
