vBulletin Mobile Suite on v3.8 Forum

I currently run a version 3.8.11 forum that I'd like to keep on version 3, but would like better mobile viewing options. I have a few questions:

    1. Would the vBulletin Mobile Suite allow me to retain my version 3 and add a native mobile app for my users?
    2. Do I need to have any specific hardware or software to maintain or develop the mobile app? (I saw mention of having a Mac + Apple Developer account)
    3. How would my users install the app?

    1) We provide a Mobile API for vBulletin 3 as a separate download. You can use that to integrate the mobile suite after purchase.
    2) To submit apps to the Apple App Store, you need a computer running Mac OSX and an Apple Developer Account ($99/year). To submit apps to the Google Play Store, you need a Google Developer Account ($25.00).
    3) They would go to their respective app store and install it from there.
