Using the mobile app, can you reply to a post and attach a graphic. I only see quick reply

Rather than use quick reply, click the plus (+) sign in the top right. Then you should see a blue plus sign to add photos.

When you say "Mobile App" do you mean the vBulletin Community app downloaded from the Google Play or Apple store? Those are the vBulletin Mobile Apps.

The more common option is accessing VB5 via the web browser in your mobile device. The interfaces are very different between mobile web access and mobile app access but if the browser allows uploads you should see the same paperclip icon for attachments or the same "A" for Advanced Toolbar icon and same Picture Inset/Upload option in the mobile web browser as with the desktop version of the site.
