The last special ended December 6th. As I had mentioned in an earlier post we (support staff) don't get usually notice about future specials until they actually happen or are just about to happen. At this time I am not aware of any future planned discounts of the VB5 Download product like we just had. As for honoring the sale price now, I would say it is doubtful. The sales department who would be able to make such a decision, are off for the weekend. You would need to contact them directly at [email protected] which means at best they wouldn't see your email until December 11th.
As for future sales, if there are any, it is unlikely they will start on or be announced on a weekend- though that is just my personal opinion having seen how sales work behind the scenes.Leave a comment:

Ok. Does not really make sense to me. A new license costs 249,00 $. An upgrade costs 209,00 $.
With the discount its cheaper for me to buy a completely new license for 174,00 $.

Hi!
I transfered my license from vbulletin-germany today. Until 6th december there is a discount for vBulletin. But it seems to me, that it does not work for upgrades. It just works for new licenses.
Is this correct?
Therefore I have to buy a new license, even if I just need an upgrade license.
