vBulletin 5 videos all open up a blank window, cannot watch

I signed up for a trial forum. I am trying to watch the videos on your Support page, but they all open up a blank window and nothing happens. This is on a new MacBook Pro touch bar running Sierra and Safari. How can I fix this?

Thanks for that! I'm still curious as to why they are all blank on the official support page. If it's broken, why not fix it?

It has been reported, and will be fixed by the development team in due course as part of the normal development cycle.
The support team do not have the ability to fix things like that.
