Please. Good how can I do so that when the user goes to the page of his profile appears, the popup directly to edit the avatar.Thanks

You have to hover over the avatar and click 'Edit avatar".
There is no way to have it pop up automatically and it would be counter intuitive to do so.

I do want the window to appear directly if you have not yet edited your avatar, if there is a way to do it, thanks

There isn't, sorry. It would require custom code.
It would also probably baffle a lot of people as it would be counter-intuitive. There are lots of other reasons someone would go to their profile besides adding an avatar.
