Email alert when users flag a message?

I'm trying the demo but can't find an option so that when a user flag a message then Admin gets an email alert or an SMS alert? Is there such option?

If a spammer posts a highly inappropriate message users will hit the "flag" button and report. But if Admin gets no alert the message will stay until Admin happen to log in and look in the Admin panel?

If there is such option, where in the Admin panel is it located? I have been searching using Google, looked at tutorials, searched the demo... I just can't find it.

Yes, pretty sure it is set to send email by default but I believe the demo sites can't send emails so they can't be used to spam people.

The settings is "Post Reporting Email" and it can be set to "Email Moderators, Super Moderators, and Administrators" in Admin CP -> Settings -> User Infractions & Post Reporting Options.

It can also be set to email "Moderators Only" or "No email."
