    pop-up window for new pm

    I would like to know if there is this feauture on vBulletin. If I have an new pm, will a pop-up window (java script alert) appear when I login? If not by default, is there any hack for this? Thanx!

    P.S You may see many questions from me, sorry about that! But I have Ikonboard and I want to be sure that switching it to vBulletin is a good choice.

      Yep, there is
      This is optional for the users, so they can enable/disable it.

      It will be an alert window, where they can select to read it, or jump to it in a new window, or ignore it.. very cool !

          You can also elect to receive an e-mail when somebody sends you a PM.
