Is there any Arabic version of vBulletin forum?
I am thinking to build modern Arabic forum using vBulletin 5 connect, my question is "does it support Arabic language i see it support RTL but no translation for it "?

We do not offer an official Arabic language pack. We do not provide support in Arabic. You would have to find an unoffical langauge pack or translate the phrases yourself.
RTL support is different because it is more complex than simply translating phrases and is required by more languages than just Arabic.Translations provided by Google.
