Question about the license

A leased license grants you the right to run vBulletin on one web server and one web site for each license purchased for 1 year from date of order. Each license may power one instance of vBulletin on one domain.

I would like to ask something. I want to buy this vBulletin license but I'm going to move my forum site to another web server, in the next month. Will I have any problem with this moving? In other words, I'm going to install vBulletin on one site, but on two web servers.

As long as you remove the copy from your old server when you are done moving you'll be fine.

I'm going to move: 1) the whole site with .tar.gz files, 2) the mySQL database using mysqldump. Will I move the copy with this way?
