In order to get support on these forums please log into the Member's Area https://members.vbulletin.com, click on Priority Forum Support, and add the e-mail address you used to register for the forum to the list of extra email addresses to grant forum support privileges to. After doing that it will take up to one full hour before you can post in the support forums specific to your version of the software.

If you are not the license holder for your forum, give those instructions to the license holder so you can get access if they approve.
