    yes I was unlucky the first time. But once your order is accepted the delivery is supposed to be fairly instant.

    I gave up emailing them for support too. digibuy isn't something I would recomend to anyone. but in this case there is no other online option. accept phone order with digibuy.

      Same problem...

      Hi,

      was about to renew my owned license, same problem here.

      Tried it the second time today, last time yesterday.

      Never had problems buying stuff online but with digibuy, bought UltraEdit some time ago and got a copy but the money never reached Ian Mead - we stumbled over it during a support request months later.

      DigiBuy = not good imho.

        Yes I felt the same way...

        But this is what you can do...

        1) try putting in extraneous information like maybe apartment number or even your middle initial when you enter the cc information. The issue with digibuy though is that they lock you out for a business day so you have to try again the next day.

        2) if that doesn't work e-mail digibuy with the exact code and message

        3) if that doesn't work try the phone like razgo did

        #3 should not fail. :P Although I lucked out by doing #1 and #2

          me too. Read the answer from support:


          Dear Logo,

          The error occurs when the billing information that you have submitted
          with the order does not match the correct billing information for the
          credit card. Your billing information has been temporarily blocked out
          of our system for one business day. Please try placing your order again
          after that time with the billing information exactly as it appears on
          your credit card statement. If you receive the error again please reply
          with the exact text of the error message including the error code
          located at the bottom of the page.

          Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.

            Try what I suggested though and do something different one step at a time.

              Finally it worked for me, typed im the same as the last 4 times and now it worked ...

                I buy stuff online all the time. and had plan on buying this software online but I keep getting message that

                to use the fax or phone if you want to buy.

                if you cant accapt card dont have an option to use them during check out!!!!

                this is very frustrating.



                so much for making a good 1st impression.!!!!


                and who's idea was it to use that digibuy.com crap anyway!!!!
                they are nothing but headache and rip you off for 13% anyway!!!



                so like how am suposed to buy this vb stuff now!!!
