Bounce Mail Handling and Paid Subscriptions

In vB4 there was no bounce mail handling - causing blacklist shortly for the server which renders the email system useless because no user can get emails anymore. How did you approach that major issue in vB5?

Also, how did you improve on Paid subscriptions comparing to vB4?

While there was no bounce notification in VB4, thousands of sites, including my own, did fine without built in bounce management. I don't believe it was as big an issue for most customers as it might have been for yourself. Requiring a valid email for registration should reduce the accumulation of bad email addresses.

That said, there is no new bounce handling in VB5.

The only major change to Paid Subscriptions is that you can now require a paid subscription during registration rather than needing a user to register before buying a subscription.

Bounce email handling, after 8 years of running a forum and trying to send a mass announcement is literally an instant blacklist on every mail provider like google, yahoo and so on.

The fact you still did not integrate any solution is troublesome for people like me who run old, established, big communities. We are inclined to use another software for email handling which is then impossible to integrate with vBulletin without some heavy modifications which require additional coding skills or specialist familiar with both email servers, php, mysql and vbulletin. Therefore it is your obligation to support customers like me, I surely am not the only one.

Also, I have installed vb5 demo which you offer on your site - many things look so untouched, unfinished and broken. Responsiveness is not working as advertised and design is a complete fiasco regarding to modern standards.

Do you honestly find this acceptable result out of the box? And everyone knows people need to add several categories below, image logo etc. This is not a result I would expect. Also, size tap targets are too small for mobile UX.

This is not a rant, I just want to find out when will you address the above mentioned.

There are no plans introduce bounce management that I am aware of, Responsive bugs are handled as they are found- they may have already been fixed as the demo is usually a version or two behind the available download version. Best would be to see if responsive issue appears on this site.
