Why vbulletin is cheaper if I buy it in euros than in dollars?

I was checking here http://www.vbulletin.com/es/features/ and as you can see the price of a new license for vbulletin 5.0 connect is 181euros which is 198 dollars.

However if you go here http://www.vbulletin.com/en/features/ the price is 249 dollars anyone can explain this? thanks

Because the value of currency and the exchange rate fluctuates daily. Internet Brands is a US corporation using US dollars as the basis for the purchase price. The value of the Euro is in steady decline, therefore it now takes fewer Euros to equal the same US dollar purchase price. It isn't some grand conspiracy to make less money.

When those values were determined the Euro was worth more, it was closer to the same price. I imagine at some point they may choose to raise the price in Euros.

The rates were a bit out of date, they have been updated.
