I want to use my own website for vBulletin. but I could not see using it as your personal blog site. Is this the samples?
How would I use vBulletin forums, right? Free blogs while, why should I choose? Is it about the issues of security and hacking?

You would not use vBulletin for a personal blog website. vBulletin is not a blog software. It's a forum software that conains a blog. if you want a blog only, use blog software like wordpress.
