BLOGS: vb4 vs vb5

I currently run vb4 on both of my vBulletins. Currently, my 'big board' has the blog feature (I added it a long time ago).

My other board doesn't have blogs. I would like to add them, but I don't see the option to add it from my member's area. Do I need to purchase vb5? I don't want to upgrade to 5, I simply want to add blogs.

Please advise.

in order to upgrade your site without the blogs to the publishing suite, you would need to purchase a vBulletin 5 upgrade. You would then be able to continue to use vBulletin 4 but add the Blogs and CMS if you wish to.

If you want to use blog, try Wordpress, it has more advantages than blog plugin from vBulletin. I'm using wordpress on my vbulletin forum.

I just went to your advertising forum and was unable to find the user blogs. Could you point me in the right direction so I can see how you have it integrated?

I'm assuming you're using wordpress multi-user?

That requires a third party bridge which we would not be able to provide support for.
