        You would install vBulletin 4, and then use impex to import the data.

            Yes, with a vB5 license you also get access to vB4 and vB3 and you can use either of these (1 "live" installation per license).

            Some information about upgrading vBulletin can be found in the manual.

              Then I install vbulletin 4.x migrate my forum phpbb 3.0.12 with impex tool and then update to version 5.x that would be the right thing ? thanks
