Edit License or Submit URL links?

Once logged in, the link for Edit License is over on the right next to your license details.

Also you will need to register yourself for priority forum support in order to receive support on these forums. To do this go here:

https://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You will also have to select the specific forums that you wish to have access at. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.
