Hello all, I'm looking into forum software at the company I work for, and I'm tentatively sitting between UBBThreads and vBulletin.

Two near-out-of-the-box features I'm wondering about:

1) Can vB let you attach files to posts like UBBThreads does?

2) Does vB have "sticky" posts?
