Are Gallery demo and the official Russian language pack available?

Didn't see the Gallery or something similar in the official demo.

Also, want to know if it is possible to have 2 languages at one time for users to choose?

Galleries are part of the user's profile.

You can have multiple languages in 4.X. Multiple Language Support in 5.X is being worked on.

We have never provided an official Russian Language pack and have no plans to provide one in the immediate future.

It is unlikely you'll see Russian support (official support, or a language package) at any point. We only officially support English, French and german at this time.
