See here(details, pricing etc): http://www.vbulletin.com/en/purchases/ (The first or the second option, VBulletin 5 Connect or VBulletin 5 Connect + Mobile Suite Bundle)

But you have another option. You can purchase vbulletin cloud packages, where your vbulletin forum is hosted on vbulletin server. Here, the answer is yes, you can pay monthly. But remember, if you buy cloud, your forum will be hosted on a vbulletin's server, and vbulletin will handle the hosting of your forum, including uprgades and server maintenance. You will not be able to download the software, you will not have ftp or ssh access, you will not be able to install any products or plugins to your forum and also you will not have access to any hosting administration panel.

See here(details, pricing etc): http://www.vbulletin.com/en/purchases/ (The third option, VBulletin Cloud)

Mod Edit- This is incorrect information. VB5 supports UTF-8. VB4 has some support for UTF-8 but not full support. -Joe D.

Where can I find the regular forum license? I don't wanna buy the Suite because is more expensive than the regular...

Can I pay in monthly installments? (with credit card). Where is that option?
    Thanks!!

Just an updated, TLMD was right about everything except we do now accept Euro and GBP in addition to USD for payments. You should be able to choose the currency you want during check-out. If you have trouble in one browser, try another.

Prices are in USD. [Mod edit] - Prices are in USD, Euro, and GBP.

You can't "lock" the license. You can however delete all files of your installation (= make the installation non-existant) and set up a new forum. The rule is: One public installation per license.

See above: One installation per license. So yes, if you fully delete your old installation and then set up a new one, you are fine.

Yes, you can. A vB5 license also gives you access to vB4 (and even vB3), so you can pick either of these and upgrade later.

    Some questions about license!

    Hi, i'm new over here!
I'm from Argentina and I don't speak english well. So sorry for that.

I want to purchase a vBulletin license for my own web and community about gaming. But before I want that someone answer my questions about the license.
The prices are in u$s or only in ?

One time I've got the license on my own and I want to install it on a webhosting, if that webhosting close my account and they have all my information of the forum, can I lock that license and download another without paying? Or not?
