Trying to purchase - Help?

Been trying to purchase VB this morning and it keeps telling me the authorization processing is not working or something. I have tried CC and PP. Both are working correctly and have plenty of money. Is their authorization stuff down? Is there a 24/7 number to call for tech support?

I have seen several other people with similar issues today and have notified the appropriate people. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

It appears to have been issues with the authorize.net gateway.

I've seen two orders go through ok recently using so it appears to have started working again.


Note that this did not affect the Paypal payment option, that was working ok.

Thanks for the update. Thats strange though. We tried two different PP accounts and both failed
