No Status Updates?

Is there something similar to how IPB does it for vBulletin?

Like there's a widget for it and all users can reply to a person's status as well and it shows up in the profile as well. I really like that feature from IPB.

vBulletin has Visitor Messages on a user's profile where you can leave comments for that user. Status Update (in vBulletin 5) is different though.
