    No response from sales department?

    Hi,
    I am trying to purchase the vb software but for some reason neither my credit card or paypal account will process despite the fact that I have sufficient finds and my address details are up to date with both payment methods.

    I have sent a message to VB via the contact form on the site and also via a direct email. I have not had any response, nor have I received any auto responder saying my messages have been received. It has been over a week. Is this normal? I would really like to purchase this software.
