vbulletin 5 upgrade

I have vb4 Publishing suite and Facebook App (for $99) . Now I have vb5 upgrade option and fb app is available for free in this release. Can I get additional discount or free mobile suite :P ? I am really pissed off when I pay for a premium product and it is available for free in few months.

And, I use vbSEO latest version.. is it compatible ?
Whatever is the case(yes/no), vbSEO is necessary for vb5? .. all SEO features are built in with the current release?
