Does VBulletin offer any Q&A functionalities (with payment options)

Does VBulletin offer any Q&A platform (built in or extra) for Q&A?

Specifically we're looking for a Q&A setup similar to Yahoo Answers. Users (who post the question) can choose whether to post it for free and it would be public or pay a fee and the question and answer would stay private.

Nothing like that in the default software.

You could try looking on the modifications site, www.vbulletin.org, there may be a free modification that would help with this.

this would require modification of the reputation function so that users can vote for best answer.

There was indeed a hack doing exactly what the TO needs but the coder removed all of his hacks.

Very frustrating when people do that but I guess they have their reasons.
