    Renewing Ticket Support

    Is there a way for our Ticket Support to auto renew on expiry because it expires on the 8th September?

    Can we sort payment early or do we have to wait until it expires?

    Under the Account you've linked your forum accoutn to, you have the Publishing Suite - you don't need separate ticket support for that. If you ahve more than one Customer Account and need to check specifically for that account, please email [email protected] from that account so that you can get a specific answer
