licenses lost

I am using vbulletin on my website. I am still using the website with vbulletin. But I have no idea about the license. I bought it from someone else. he said that the website has the license. I need some help to find the license.

Second Problem: I used to have VbSEO installed on my website. but a few months ago there was a problem with vbseo. a virus was coming in everyday so we uninstalled vbseo. Now I want to install it again, but I don't have any setup or license. Please help me on that
