vBulletin Facebook App?

Do I need to purchase this so that members can log in with their Facebook login? Or is this something else?

It's something else.

You don't need to buy it in order to have people log into your site with facebook.

I think the future of the FB app and the mobile suite is 5. By most accounts these are products to skip until 5 is released and they are updated.

But perhaps someone using them could say otherwise.
