Flagged for review??? For crying out loud?

I just paid, and am wanting to use my license, however it says that my purchase has been flagged for review - why and how long will it take?

I am sorry. Unfortunately, you must have triggered anti-fraud flags. These were put into place to protect card holders from fraud and potentially excess charges if their accounts should be compromised. Once reviewed it will finish processing.

I just paid, wanting to use it ASAP. I see on the purchase status page, that it has been 'Flagged for review'. How long will this take?? If it is not done by 5:30PM GMT!!!! I will want a discount. I am not waiting ages, because you do not invest in UK offices, to have a legitimate purchase reviewed!!!!!

This is not fair, and I do not know why that system has been put in place!
