Deeper integration of vBulletin to our website

Hello vBulletin team,

We have bought vBulletin to use it on a test website. We like it very much, but we think we will have a lot of difficulties integrating it to a website that is already done.

The current support we receive is poor, you usually refer us to vbulletin.org, where no one answers.

My question is ...

If we buy telephone support we can ask anything about vBulletin or we will be sent to vbulletin.org?

For example, we would like to insert somehow (using include function for example) vbulletin forum in a div tag on a URL outside the forum ...

Can someone explain us how to do that if we but telephone support? Or we will need to go to vbulltin.org ?

It takes monumental effort to integrate vBulletin with an existing website.

The current support we receive is poor, you usually refer us to vbulletin.org, where no one answers.

I don't see this changing any time soon.

Any kind of customization apparently must be asked at vBulletin.org. Safety not guaranteed.
