I have been wanting to add a simple discussion forum to a non-profit's national website (a Fraternity) to allow members of all of our Chapters to discuss topics such as service projects, recruitment strategies, general discussion, etc. I'm fairly certain that our website can host the vBulletin forum, I'm just wondering a few things. By purchasing a license, could I access the administration panel from any computer with internet access? Also, does the mobile app provide only admin access, or is it for the creation of an actual user app, where users can access the forum easily? Is there another (cheaper) method to allow easy access and navigation of the forum with mobile devices? I just don't think the development fee and yearly fee for Apple is something we'd be interested in; since we are a non-profit, it's hard to justify that kind of yearly expense. What are my options for this? Thanks for any help.
