I registered my account in a while and buy a license vbulletin 5.

I need to activate permissions licensed in the forum, and add the mail account on "Priority Support Forums" but I can not post new topics or anything.

Added in vbulletin.org normal if I create new themes and download the file access.

I can see your account is now validated. Likely you did everything right the first time, however it takes up to one hour for the account to be confirmed licensed, it is not immediate.
