Question - Convert phpBB 3 to vBulletin with ImpEx

I would like to convert a phpBB board to vBulletin.

What about the necessary password reset? It seems to me that phpBB 3 uses phpass.

So a conversion to vBulletin is no longer possible. What kind of hashing is vB using? Still MD5 . Salt?

After importing every user will need to reset their password. You should send them the reset password link for your forum or post it prominently in a notice after the change over.

I have been using PHPbb latest version 3.011.I want to transfer my whole forum from PHPBB To Vbulletin.I have following queries relating to it.
1.Does this upgrade distort my Google Index.My previous posts in Google gets deleted or not?
2.Can I use the same Modules install on it?
3.Any special add on for managing SPAM.
4.What is your current Lowest possible price?
5.Do you Offer Conversion service or have to find a developer?
