I purchased Vbulletin 5, my hosting company recommended to upgrade only to 3.87 (patch 4), but my CMPS is not working! The hosting company (URLjet) is asking for another $45 to upgrade the CMPS, but I thought this plugin was part of the upgrade? I don't think it's fair they charge a longtime customer (6yrs) just to upgrade something that's already part of the package. The main thing I use the CMPS for is the "Recent Threads" module which I display at top of homepage.

CMPS is not a vBulletin product. We can't provide help for CMPS. You need to talk about that with the makers of the addon.

We have no control over what a third-party charges you for work done on your site.
