There isn't a modification for that, that I am aware of at this time,

You will need to purchase vbulletin 5 connect license, after which you can choose to use either vb 3, 4 or 5. Once your default vb 4 forum is set up you can add that language pack and loads of other customizations available to license holders at www.vbulletin.org

After you are a license holder you can make a request (paid or free) on vbulletin.org and see if anyone can make the modification for you.
