Admin area a No Go on VB 5 Demo

I am are looking to buy VB5, I am trying out VB5 demo out but can not get in to the Admin area, Please help.

In another topic someone said that this happens because the install directory is not being deleted. I am sure someone will look into this as soon as possible.
