From Oxwall to vBulletin..

Hey all,
I am considering switching my website from Oxwall to vBulletin but prior to doing so I have a few questions :

-Does vBulletin support a mobile version?
-Can I transfer over my current users when I switch to vBulletin?
-Does vBulletin have similar capabilities to Oxwall? (Newsfeed, Wall, Groups, Photos, Blogs & Events)
-How hard is it to switch over?

Hello and thank you for your interest in vBulletin!

- Yes, vBulletin 5 has a responsive design and offers native apps for Android and Mac OS when purchasing the Mobile Suite
- We have no import script for Oxwall, so you have to find a solution for importing users/content
- Users have a profil with the ability to post messages there (Wall), we have Groups, Photos, Blogs and with vB 5.1 coming up a CMS. With Site Builder you can easily create sites and content.
Calendar (for Events) will come back to a future point.
- As we don't have an importer for Oxwall it may require costum work to be done for importing your existing content/users. Installation of vBulletin is easy.

Personally I have just gone from vbulletin to oxwall and I am so much happier also even though I get very little traffic the server load has seen a huge drop since removing vbulletin.

What makes Oxwall better than vBulletin? I don't know Oxwall.

I run vBulletin 4.2.2 and haven't moved to vB5 because of the absence of the events calendar and CMS. Does Oxwall have a calendar?
