vBulletin 5 Connect Trial Form not working

Just tried to signup for the VB connect trial at http://www.vbulletin.com/en/vb5-trial - but no email is being received. I've tried two different email addresses (work one and a gmail one) and nothing. Not a great first impression! Please could you fix this.

It seems the trial thing is still not working. The page loads, and I can enter my email address. But it looks like there is supposed to be a Captcha line that is not working. I assume that is the reason the form won't submit.

The vBulletin 5 trial is probably going to be re-worked so I do not expect it will be fixed in the next few days.
