because of new url scheme vbulletin can not work in non latin language ?

because of new url scheme in vb5, vbulletin can not work anymore in non latin language. exemple in cyrillic we can have url like :

that is simply impossible ! how to work with such ugly long url ?? it's simply not human readable url !

I have seen this before, I think in a search-related context. I am pretty sure this issue has been added in JIRA and will be fixed.
