To change the 'look' of vB5, do I need a new skin designed of can the colors be changed?

Currently, vBulletin looks a bit 'masculine'. I simply want to change the dark blue bar and the gray backgrounds and user info blocks (and the cloudy gray background). Are those simple changes that can be made in AdminCP, or do I need an entirely new skin designed?

This would only require you to enter a few color codes, which isn't very difficult at all. You can do that in the AdminCP. Those settings are ideally stored in a new theme, which can also be created in the AdminCP.
