RtL Support when adding new language

i want to buy vB 5 but i need to know if i import Persian language it will be rtl automatic or we must modify the template ?
another question is if i dont buy mobile suite the template still responsive or not ?

RTL languages are not supported at this time. Maybe in the next version, 5.0.4.

When it is supported it will be automatic, 1 setting in languages to turn it on.

The design is responsive regardless of the mobile all purchase.
