If you can find a trusted source, you may try and buy a used version of vB4 suite. Lots of people moving away from vB so you should be able to find a copy out there.Comment

Note: the vb4cms is pretty limited - there are no options for custom fields in the database, so you are restricted to basic text and pictures etc. It's easy to maintain, because one backup does the whole site and the user integration is all built in, but if I was doing it again, I'd use a separate CMS app.http://www.bordersdown.net - 10 years of videogame reviews and chatComment
