Hi, I haven't bought the ticket support service for my forum yet. Before I do I just want to know if the support system is offered to the owner of the forum only or if it allows all members of the forum to submit support tickets directly to vbulletin?

Thanks for replying Trevor. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by this software and am now wondering if I have bitten off more than I can chew. So does this mean that I will get support queries from my forum members and then I will need to lodge a support ticket, wait for the response, and then respond to the person who originally asked for support? I have never owned or run a forum and am really worried about how reliable it will be.Comment

Yes, we have a system in place where should you require assistance or have a problem that needs to be solved you can file a support ticket. This will be sent to the system and one of our representatives will be able to assist you to a resolution.Aakif NazirComment

by EJPMy Silver Plan includes a years of ticket support. Am I supposed to use these support forums for certain things, and ticket support for others?
