    I ordered Vbulletin Script before 24 hours paypal and not delivered ? Whats worng ?

    Yes , I ordered a vbulletin 4.0 publishing suite and ofcourse payment was instant and successful from my paypal $285 , but it had been 24 hours and the script not yet delivered .Whats Wrong ? Please help
