    Public Forums AND Private Forums on Same Message Board?

    Using Vbulletin 4 is it possible to create a message board that has public forums open to all members and private forums for selected members?

          Thanks. I assume that is done by changing the settings for permissions for the members. Sorry if that is not the correct terminology but I am new to this.
