        If you want the truth vb3 is great vb4 is well.... have a VERY GOOD READ about it

          I have a vB3 and vB4 license but i will never install vB4 again it is so slow compared to vB3 and its default style sucks

            vBulletin 4 Suite offers all the options of VB3 plus Blogs and an Articles (often called a CMS) system. It allows you to easily edit entires on the navbar via a Navigation Manager and has a basic "Style Generator" which allows you to customize colors more easily than VB3.

            Both versions are very good but VB3 has been at "End of Life" for years. We are giving it PHP 5.4.x support but that is likely the last update it will ever see.
