I have an Idea and want to know if this may be possible in VB

The Idea

Members Pay/Subscribe to play in specific forums
Members That Pay/Subscribe to play in specific forums can upload specific content
Members Pay/Subscribe to play in specific forums can then Vote/Comment on specific content

Members Pay/Subscribe to play in specific forums Are capable of doing this via SMS/Shortcode

I understand I will need to find a SMS Gateway Provider, so the question is:

Can VB handle this type of integration or is there an Application available?

Don't know what you mean with "playing", if you mean posting=playing, you are able to set a lot of different usergroup/forum based permissions and so for paying members.
For a sms/shortcode system, if you have a gateway provider you need to code or hire a coder to integrate it into the vb payment system, that's not an easy 5 minutes task.
